bottom end and a decrease at the top. Stakeholders continue to describe spot 
load availability as tight, while manufacturers keep pace with contractual 
obligations. Traders report secondary market loads remain somewhat tight. 
Demand is steady. Some handlers note increased milk production for parts of the 
West, but extra milk is generally not going into dry whole milk production, 
keeping schedules steady.
