at the upper end, with overall values remaining above year-ago levels. Milk 
volumes are strong in the East and steady across the Central and West regions, 
with spot loads available. Production is solid and contacts note output remains 
generally in balance with current needs. Inventories are manageable and demand 
is steady. Overall, the market tone is stable.
