while holding steady at the bottom. Prices remain close to year-ago levels. 
Production is steady and largely focused on fulfilling contracted needs, 
keeping inventories tight outside those agreements. Demand is steady, with 
minimal spot activity. Contacts report South America is currently short on DWM. 
Overall, the market tone is quiet and balanced.
